Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

🚚 FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.

Orders under $50 will have shipping charges calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for most orders is 7–14 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package's delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Clicia's Joy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support.cliciasjoy@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Clicia's Joy is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
